What is your return policy?

By purchasing an item from SpEYEraL Threadz you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions. Returns are only accepted for damaged items. Please be sure to check specific measurements, colors and details (listed on each item) before ordering.

Please double check your address. We do not offer refunds for items which were delivered but not received, including but not limited to wrong shipping address or theft after the fact. Likewise, USPS insurance does NOT cover any items marked as delivered (you may open an inquiry with them to POSSIBLY retrieve your package) All lost package claims must be within the USPS allowed window of 60 days. Feel free to email me to see if you qualify for a return! There is a "Contact Us" box on the main page, or the email is speyeralthreadz@gmail.com. 

 

If you do qualify, we will refund you for the *purchase price* or store credit. We do not cover the shipping costs to ship any items back to us. Please contact us before sending the item back. The item needs to be shipped back within seven (7) business days from delivery or it will be voided and returned to you without a refund.

I update the shop once every 6 weeks or so with all new items. All of my handmade sewing items sell out very quickly, usually within 24 hours. If you are looking for one of these items, be sure to sign up on the mailing list to receive an email for the next shop update and be ready when the items are dropped! 

Why dont I see any items in your shop for sale/Why does everything  say sold out?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can take up to two business weeks! We contact each person with their tracking number and an expected delivery date once items are shipped!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal which accepts almost every credit/debit card including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club and EnRoute.

Do you do custom work?

Thanks for asking but unfortunately we no longer do customized items!

Can you hold an item for me until I get paid?

Sorry, we are no longer accepting down payments for items being held. Each item is first come, first serve!

How do I wash my handmade item?

For best results, you can spot clean and/or wash with cold water, inside out and hang/lay flat to dry. If you do decide to use a washing machine, make sure you put it on delicate or handmade cycle in cold water. I suggest washing alone for the first time since dyes from the fabric may bleed. Do not bleach. Do not iron.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in the listing price if the item is over $33! Otherwise, it is a flat rate of $5. International shipping is at a set price of $20.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

How does sizing work?

Each item is unique, just like each body is! I try to have fun with these so there is always a variety in sizes! Do not let the model in the pictures fool you into thinking an item may not be your size. My clothing is mostly adjustable (especially bottoms) so be sure to check the specific measurements on each listing!

Are there free repairs or alterations   to my item I purchased?

 If there are damaged seams or a structural failure, repairs are made for free for life. This includes errors in the production process, damages due to improper packaging or normal wear and tear. Any alterations that need made due to measurements that require adding or taking away material, changing the design or fit will be subject to additional fees. All shipping costs for repaired items is to be covered by the purchaser. Please email me at speyeralthreadz@gmail.com with pictures of any damaged items and a detailed description of what you would like repaired. 

How do I measure my out seam and inseam?
Please refer to the image below on how to measure. For your out seam, simply measure from the very top of your favorite, best fitting pair of pants to the very bottom. For your inseam, measure from the crotch to the bottom. Upon purchasing, please include in the message details or a separate email stating your measurements so I can hem these correctly before shipment. If the measurements are not given in 48 hours, the item will ship to you at the biggest size. Please let me know if you need help measuring, I am happy to assist you!
